I am particularly interested in all forms of creative writing as a way to support self-expression and self-agency. I have spent many years immersed in various creative writing groups, courses, workshops and trainings exploring different forms of writing. I have had creative non-fiction and academic peices published over the years, the most recent being a paper written exploring the experience of the COVID pandemic, published in a special ed of the International Association of Psychoanalytic Self-Psychology's peer reviewed Journal: Psychotherapy, Self and Context.
I have long been engaged in ongoing research and writing on the subject of Complex PTSD and am passionate about finding ways to support development, education and understanding about it.
